We've crossed the US and have arrived in Alturas, California, after a total of 9,500 kms.
Today we left Idaho, then rode 200 miles through the desert South on Route 395, from Burns, Oregon, to Alturas, California, past Lake Albert (here in the far distance), and later past Goose Lake. The most spectacular colors I've seen on this trip (so far).
